A native of Phoenix, Arizona and a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Public Administration, I have spent over 20 years in Finance and Management occupations. The last several years have been dedicated to the mortgage lending industry with O’Dowd & Associates Mortgage Co., Inc. Specializing in builder construction loans, home renovation and remodeling. Having personally built my last two homes, I truly understand the unique requirements of Construction Lending, both from the builder and borrower perspective. My years of business experience has taught me to first understand customer requirements and then to help them define a mortgage loan product that best fits their specific needs
